Tirdad brings a deep commitment to community service and a passion for promoting Zoroastrian values and heritage to his role as Secretary of the World Zoroastrian Organisation’s Management Committee. He plays a key role in facilitating the committee’s work, ensuring effective communication within WZO, and supporting strategic initiatives. Tirdad’s efforts are instrumental in coordinating meetings and overseeing the smooth operation of the organisation’s activities, all with a focus on fostering connections within the global Zoroastrian community and advancing WZO’s mission to preserve and celebrate the rich cultural legacy of Zoroastrianism.

In addition to his work with WZO, Tirdad is the co-founder and Managing Director of Acclaria, a firm dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) achieve sustainable growth. Prior to founding Acclaria, he led the Organisation Development and Change Management function at NTL (now Virgin Media). Earlier in his career, Tirdad served as the Global Head of Personnel and Organisational Development at Olivetti International, where he oversaw initiatives that spanned across the company’s global operations.

Tirdad is Married to Mitra and they live in Surrey. They have two grown up sons.
